We’ll make a complete backup of your Virtual Private Server each week, so you never need to fear permanently losing any valuable information. Plus, we can always recover a backup really quickly. All backups we make are saved on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your data, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a virtually endless set of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional software apps. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It is an integral part of our Administration Services package, which entitles you to demand any of our experienced sysadmins to install any kind of software package and to rectify any issue that you’re experiencing with your server.

Our Administration Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. It’s an optional feature with our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
